administration of the resales at Copper Beech Village, located in downtown Patchogue Village. All the
resales are 2 bedrooms attached, single-family homes. The resales are limited to households earning at or
below 80% and at or below 120% of the Nassau/Suffolk area median income based on household size.
Applicant(s) must meet all program eligibility requirements, including an asset limitation policy and
